DHAKA, APR 21: QUBEE has doubled its internet speed from the available service speed for every existing and new customers at free of cost. This means that 256 Kbps users can now enjoy up to 512 Kbps; 512 Kbps users will experience up to 1 Mbps and 1 Mbps users will now be able to experience the truly amazing speed of up to 2 Mbps, Qubee official said in a press conference.

QUBEE was the first to launch WiMAX and introduce 4G technology to customers in Bangladesh. They were the first to introduce true broadband Pre Pay services and the first to offer modems to all customers at only Tk 1000. They were also the first to offer 512 kbps at Tk 500 per month and within 1.5 years of launch are handling 20 per cent of total Bangladesh Bandwidth traffic.
